The Finance Committee oversees the preparation of the parish annual budget, prepared during the months of March, April and May.

The Budget Committee is made up of members of the Finance Committee, the Parish Council and the Pastor. Our Parish Bookkeeper prepares the data needed for making the budget. The budget is sent to the Finance Committee for approval and then to the Parish Council for ratification. The budget is submitted to the Parish Council in May and ratified at the June meeting. Our fiscal year runs from July to June.


Financial Reports

The Parish Bookkeeper produces Finance Reports each month. The Finance Committee reviews these every three months. The Parish Pastoral Council receives a Financial Report each quarter from the Chair of the Finance Committee. A yearly report is given to the whole parish.
